URBN Mountain

Direct Booking Website & Brand Guidelines

Building a branded, owner-controlled booking experience that reduces OTA reliance and keeps more revenue in the owner’s pocket.

DESIGNED IN SEPTEMBER 2025.

Project Overview

URBN Mountain is a boutique short-term rental experience located in the heart of Hope, BC—designed to blend the comfort of a hotel with the flexibility of an Airbnb. Our goal was to create a website that didn’t just showcase the suites—but sold the experience of staying there.

  • URBN Mountain needed a website that clearly communicated the value of their boutique stay while standing out in a saturated short-term rental market.

The goal wasn’t just to display the suites—it was to:

    • Attract the right type of traveler

    • Showcase the experience beyond the space itself

    • Build trust quickly to support direct bookings

    • Position the property as more than “just another Airbnb”

  • We focused on showcasing both the stay and the experience by:

    • Clearly defining the target guest (couples, families, business travelers, pet-friendly stays)

    • Leading with lifestyle-driven messaging instead of just features

    • Highlighting the suites in a simple, visually clear way

    • Positioning the location as part of the value (urban + mountain balance)

    • Designing a seamless, trust-building path to booking

    • A polished, elevated website that reflects the boutique nature of the stay

    • Clear messaging that speaks to multiple traveler types

    • A user-friendly experience that makes it easy to explore suites and understand the offering

    • Strong alignment between the digital experience and the in-person stay

    • Positioned URBN Mountain as a destination, not just a listing

    • Increased perceived value of the property through strategic storytelling

    • Created a foundation for stronger direct booking potential

    • Delivered a cohesive brand experience that builds trust from first click to check-in
