Project Overview

The Summerbrook is a thoughtfully designed vacation rental created for guests seeking a refined, comfortable stay. The owners came to us with a logo and a clear vision—but wanted a stronger digital foundation that would allow them to build a brand beyond third-party booking platforms. Our role was to develop a cohesive online presence that supported direct bookings, brand recognition, and long-term growth.

  • The primary goal was to reduce reliance on OTA platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO by creating a professional, conversion-focused direct booking website. In addition, the owners wanted a clear brand direction, professional photography, and launch-ready content to support website traffic and visibility across social media—without disrupting existing booking systems.

  • We built a complete, owner-controlled digital ecosystem designed to support direct bookings while maintaining seamless connectivity across platforms.

    This included:
