Project Overview

Riverview Gaming Centre is a long-standing entertainment venue in Chatham known for its strong ties to the local community and ongoing support of charitable initiatives. Since September 2022, we’ve partnered with Riverview to manage and evolve their digital presence—using social media, creative content, paid promotion, and web design to better reflect the energy, atmosphere, and impact of the venue.

Our focus has been on reshaping perception, highlighting Riverview’s charitable involvement, and turning social media into a reliable channel for promoting and selling out special and seasonal events. Through consistent, video-forward storytelling and hands-on event coverage, Riverview’s online presence now mirrors the fun, welcoming experience guests enjoy in person.

  • Riverview Gaming Centre wanted to reshape how they were perceived online—moving away from the outdated “grandma’s bingo hall” stereotype and instead showcasing the venue as a fun, welcoming destination for a wider audience. Key goals included highlighting their deep involvement in local charities, promoting special and seasonal events, and positioning Riverview as a great spot for social nights out, including for younger audiences.

  • We developed a strategy centered on community, culture, and experience. Social media became a platform to tell Riverview’s story—one that balances fun, connection, and impact.

    This included:

    • Ongoing social media management with a strong emphasis on Facebook, where their target audience is most active

    • A monthly charity spotlight series highlighting organizations Riverview supports

    • Video-first content showcasing the atmosphere, team, and guest experience

    • Introducing trends and involving staff in content to humanize the brand

    • Promoting and capturing in-person special and seasonal events

    • Paid ad support, graphic design, and website design to create a cohesive online presence

    Through consistent, engaging content and strategic promotion, Riverview’s social presence evolved into a key driver of event awareness and attendance.

By highlighting charitable initiatives, selling out special events, and showcasing a fun, social atmosphere, social media became a powerful tool for both brand perception and real-world results—helping Riverview connect with new audiences while strengthening loyalty with existing ones.
