Project Overview
Lally Ford is a long-standing, family-run Ford dealership rooted in community and exceptional customer service, with its history in Southwestern Ontario dating back to the Lally family’s first service station in 1946. Rather than acting as an outside contractor, we became an extension of the Lally Ford team—immersing ourselves in their culture, events, and community involvement to amplify their voice online.

Lally Ford, a family-run dealership with deep community roots dating back to 1946, wanted their social media presence to better reflect who they are in real life. The goal was to showcase their family-like environment, increase engagement through video, maintain consistency across platforms, and drive website traffic to vehicle listings—while actively involving the sales team in content to build trust and connection.

Rather than operating as a contracted marketing agency, we embedded ourselves as an extension of the Lally Ford team. Our strategy focused on energetic, people-first storytelling paired with consistent, engaging content.
