Project Overview

Between The Vines was more than a vacation rental project, it was the creation of an experience.

Nestled in Ontario wine country, the vision was to create a stay that felt memorable, shareable, and uniquely designed for guests looking to reconnect, celebrate, and experience everything the region has to offer. From girls' weekends and wine tours to special occasions and weekend escapes, every detail was intentionally crafted to support the guest experience.

Beyond Borders Creative partnered with the owners to help bring that vision to life through brand development, content creation, website design, and marketing strategy.

  • Before marketing could begin, the foundation needed to be built.

    We worked alongside the owners to develop the overall brand concept and guest experience strategy, helping shape the property's identity around wine country living, themed accommodations, and memorable group getaways.

    This included developing the concept behind each room:

    • The Rosé Room, The Pinot Room, The Cabernet Room

    Each space was designed to contribute to the overall experience while giving guests a stay that felt unique, cohesive, and worthy of sharing.

    Throughout the renovation process, we were on-site capturing behind-the-scenes content and documenting the property's transformation. This content became an important part of the property's storytelling and helped build anticipation leading up to launch.
