K2 Custom Homes is a custom home builder focused on quality craftsmanship, strong partnerships, and thoughtfully designed homes. When we began working together, the goal was to strengthen their digital presence from the ground up—creating a website that clearly tells their story while using social media to consistently showcase projects, partnerships, and opportunities to build.

Our role has been to support both brand awareness and growth by aligning their website and social media presence into one cohesive, polished experience for future homeowners and partners.

K2 Custom Homes wanted to increase brand awareness and create a stronger digital footprint that reflected the quality of their work. Key goals included highlighting ongoing builds to create anticipation, showcasing completed homes for their portfolio, promoting available lots, and reinforcing trusted partnerships with realtors and contractors—while maintaining a consistent and professional online presence.
We focused on building a strong foundation through both web and social, supported by consistent, high-quality content.
