• Must live near London, Ontarioor be willing to travel 2–3 times per month for on-site content shoots

• Must be willing to travel to Chatham, Ontario for onboarding, training, and occasional in-person team meetings

• 75% remote with occasional in-person collaboration and content creation

You will be responsible for the planning, strategy, content creation, execution, posting, and analysis of assigned client accounts, as well as supporting content-only clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Developing and managing content calendars for ongoing social media management clients

• Supporting content creation–only clients, including one-time, bi-monthly, or quarterly content shoots

• Planning and executing content strategies aligned with each client’s goals and brand voice

• Creating high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video

• Writing engaging captions with strong storytelling and audience connection

• Scheduling and publishing content across platforms

• Monitoring performance, analyzing social media analytics, and reporting on key insights

• Using data to optimize content and improve performance

• Leading and assisting with client content shoots (photo & video)

• Staying ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and creative opportunities

• Collaborating with the team to ensure strategy alignment and brand consistency

• Supporting internal content and initiatives for Beyond Borders Creative

• Excellent graphic design skills for digital and social platforms

• Strong visual and written storytelling abilities

• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok analytics

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized

• Strong time management and scheduling skills

• Confidence shooting and directing social media content

• Experience managing and/or creating content for brand social media accounts

• Ability to support both ongoing account management and content-only projects

• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Notion, and Rella (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Experience with photography is an asset

• Experience with Meta Ad management is an asset

• Drone experience is an asset (training and equipment provided)

• Email Marketing experience is an asset

• Comfortable working with a variety of industries, brand voices, and content styles

You will be provided with some content creation equipment, including:

• DJI Osmo Pocket camera

• Microphone

• Drone
